What is Trace?

A tool. You type a name, a company or a claim, and it searches public posts across social platforms, forums, news and the open web. It shows you the earliest post it could find, the biggest account that carried the story, how many accounts are pushing it and whether it is growing. Every claim on the result links to the post that made it, and the places that came back empty are shown too.

What does the free trace include?

One free trace per person, covering the last 7 days. You see what happened: how many, how fast, where it started, every account by name and what each one said. No account and no card. To do something about it, a $49 full trace opens one story: who the accounts are, who moved together, the posts saved as proof with a block list file, back to its first post. Unlimited at $149 a month opens every trace.

What is a full trace?

One story, fully open: who the accounts are (country, bio, past names), who moved together, the posts saved as proof with a block list file and the evidence pack, traced back to the first post instead of 7 days. One payment, $49. If you want every trace open and us to keep watching, that is Unlimited, $149 a month.

What does “alerts” mean?

On a trace of your own @username, tap Watch. We ping your phone (or email you) within minutes when a big account replies to, quotes or mentions you, or when posts about you jump past your usual half hour. Everything else comes in one daily email. A name or phrase works too. We check it every 6 hours and email you when something moves: a jump in posts against its own normal, a new platform or an earlier post turning up. Unlimited and Get Found both watch 10 at a time, names and traces together. Alerts can also go to Slack, Discord or your own app.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Trace is month to month with no contract. Cancel anytime from your account and you are not charged again.

Which email should I use at checkout?

The same email as your Pressfront account. That is how we match the purchase to you. If you check out with a different email, write to support@pressfront.co and we will connect it.

Is there anything you will not run?

Trace only reads public posts, never private accounts, and it shows you where every claim came from. We do not hack, unmask or buy private data.
